My roommate Devin's mom sent her a package... and in that package was joy beyond words! She sent Halloween decorations to spice up our mirror, making it feel festive for the holiday and more like home. Next, she made each of us a little bag of candy corn. Can I just say that candy corn has never tasted so good in my life?! Anything American/normal is luxurious. Last, she sent us all socks!! I'm pretty sure I got the best of them all. Yep, you better believe mine are the bright green ones that make kermit the frog's face when I put both of my feet together. Oh happy day! Simple pleasures.
